Dr. Maddika Subba Reddy obtained his PhD in the field of Cell Biology from University of Manitoba, Canada. He subsequently moved to Yale University, USA for his post-doctoral work in the laboratory of Prof. Junjie Chen. He moved back to India in 2009 to start his own group at the Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (CDFD). Currently at CDFD, his lab is interested in deciphering the molecular mechanisms of various cellular signaling pathways and their contribution to human diseases such as cancer
